BOEC in Summit County BOEC is a relatively new program that provides handcycle lessons, guided rides, and group rides on the paved bike trails in Summit County. This year BOEC has added an adaptive downhill mountain bike to its fleet (One-Off), and provides lessons/rides at Keystone Mountain.
